This was my first time visiting Icon Orthodontics for my daughter, and I had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Andre and his staff were welcoming, professional, and friendly. They made both my daughter and me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized welcome on the chalkboard after we arrived. Seeing my daughter's name displayed made her feel special and showed how much the team values their patients. It was a thoughtful touch that made our first visit even more memorable. The office was clean, organized, and had a warm atmosphere. Dr. Andre was patient, knowledgeable, and caring, and the staff was attentive and helpful throughout the entire visit. It is clear that they genuinely care about their patients and work hard to create a positive experience for families. I am very pleased with the care my daughter received and look forward to continuing her orthodontic treatment with Dr. Andre and his team. I highly recommend Icon Orthodontics to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care and outstanding customer service. Tyeshia and Tyjohnae Jones.

We have had an amazing experience with Icon Orthodontics and Dr. Sarpatdar over the past two years. From day one, the entire team has been kind, patient, and incredibly professional. What truly sets them apart is the care and understanding they show toward my daughter Marissa, who is autistic. Dr. Sarpatdar and his staff take the time to really listen to her needs and explain everything in a calm, thoughtful way and at a pace she can understand. They never rush her, always make sure she feels comfortable, and treat her with genuine respect and compassion. That level of patience means more to our family than I can put into words. The office staff is equally wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and always helpful with scheduling and questions. Every visit has been a positive experience, which is not something I can say easily as a parent of a child with special needs. We are so grateful to have found Icon Orthodontics and highly recommend Dr. Sarpotdar and his team to anyone, especially families looking for a practice that truly cares about their patients as individuals.
